In support the Employment Act 2010 introduces some financial benefits for employers who take measures to recipients of income support.
Paragraph 134 provides, on an experimental basis and no later than December 31, 2010, to extend to employers who take on those entitled to unemployment benefits is not normal agricultural conditions with at least 50 years of age, reduction in pay provided for in Articles 8, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 9 of Law No. 223/1991.
