Posted Lombard third call for the financing of projects and initiatives for the promotion of popular districts of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as DID).
I DID are areas of importance intercommunal where citizens, businesses, and social realities aggregates are freely able to trade a factor of integration and exploitation of all resources available to the territory, to increase its attractiveness, regenerating the urban fabric and support the competitiveness of polarity of its business.
Region identifies the following three types of participants in the contract: a.
Municipalities with less than 15,000 inhabitants are obliged to join in no less than three;
b. Municipalities with at least 15,000 inhabitants that may present individually or in aggregate demand.
c. Municipalities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants, among them non-contiguous and non-border - but neighboring Spread with a district that has already been approved through the towns of those districts Disseminated leader, proposed the extension of the same district. These municipalities may participate in the call for the integration into one District diffused.
