The parliament is the expression of the people. Evidently, in Italy we also have some members of parliament (% http://www.beppegrillo.it/archives/immagini/Parlamentari 20Condannati.pdf) convicts expression of the prison population.
E 'correct that a parliament of representatives has not upright? I think not. They should be the first to set a good example!
